Ingredients

  • 4 limes plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons stevia in the raw
  • 1 cup quality vodka
  • 4 cups regular or diet lemon lime soda
  • A bunch of ice

Instructions

  • Wash the limes under warm water and dry. Cut the limes in halves and then quarters. Squeeze the juice directly into a large pitcher and toss the limes in.
  • Wash and dry the mint leaves. Strip them from their sprigs and bruise them in your hand (squish them).
  • Add to the pitcher. With a muddler or the handle of a large wooden spoon, "muddle" or smash the limes and mint together. This brings out the oils and essence of the lime and mint.
  • Add stevia, vodka, and soda. Mix well. Fill any remaining space in the pitcher with ice. Stir gently to combine.
  • Pour and garnish with lime rounds & mint.
