Maple Allspice Simple Syrup
ypically made with a 1:1 ratio of sugar to water, ‘simple’ cocktail syrups can be infused with a whole host of sweeteners and flavor additions. I decided to use half pure Canadian maple syrup and half sugar as my base, with water, and a few allspice berries.
