I’ve been watching you for years on Mass Appeal. I’m excited about your book and this website! Did you do a recipe fairly recently on Mass Appeal using pears and apples? I have been looking and looking for it. I have a bunch of cranberries and I thought I heard you could add those to a certain recipe……

Hi Sue! Thank you for your support and for reaching out! It’s lovely to connect with a local reader. I do have a new recipe for an apple-pear pie with blackberries, topped with a buttery oatmeal crumble/crisp mix. You can swap out the blackberries for the same amount of fresh cranberries, for a tart punch of flavor. I haven’t released the recipe on my blog yet (coming next week!), but if you go to my free Recipe Newsletter (https://substack.com/@straighttothehipsbaby), I shared the recipe early with my subscribers.
