+ Sourdough Bread + Carrots, Onions, Celery + Dried Cranberries + Breakfast Sausage + Herbs + Butter + Chicken Stock

Quick Sourdough Stuffing with Sausage & Cranberry

Sourdough Bread, either homemade or store-bought, makes a terrific base to make stuffing! Chewy, tangy, and it holds up in the oven!

Tear your bread into small chunks and add to a bowl. Season with a medley of dried herbs like garlic powder, parsley, salt & pepper

Drizzle with a couple of tablespoons of melted butter and toast in the oven until golden. Yum!

+ Sautée the chopped carrots, celery, and onions in butter. +Add fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. +Next, cook down some breakfast sausage
